Google My Business Categories List

To set up GMB ( Google My Business) you will need to select a primary category and a list of secondary categories.

In order to help you choose we have compiled a full list to make sure you don’t miss any which are relevant for your business.

When choose your category,

• Be specific – The more specific, the less competition you’ll face.
• Less is better – Less categories is better, you don’t need to fill out all 10 secondary categories. Be focused.

Since this is a very long list, you may want to use the Google Sheets search tool

on keyboard type CMD + “F” on a Mac or CTRL + “F” on a PC and search for your business type.
